*** CALL FOR PROPOSALS - MATSOL 2012 ***


Share your knowledge and expertise at the MATSOL 40th Anniversary Conference: Lessons from the Past, Innovations for the Future. Submit a proposal to present at the conference,  which takes place in Framingham MA on May 3-4, 2012.
MATSOL is soliciting proposals for the following topic strands focusing on English language learner/ESOL education:

• Teaching Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking
• Best Practices in Instruction and Assessment
• English Learners with Learning Disabilities
• Program Administration and Development
• Professional Development/Teacher Education
• Collaboration to Support English Learner Education
• Family and Community Connections
• Knowing Our Students (culture, psychology, educational background, etc)
• Media and Technology
• Policy and Advocacy

We welcome presentations for a general audience or for educators from Elementary and Secondary Education, Adult and Workplace Education, Higher Education ESOL/IEPs, Community College ESOL, Teacher Education and Program Administration.
